NKW's text-first they talk about how the windfarm could fit into BC Gov't clean energy plans. But then "...can be developed in a brief time to meet the power needs in BC, Alberta and the western US." (Page 3,  Sept 30th, 2020. MD&A).

Interesting speculation.
