What exactly is Mark Selby up to?
I've been and continue to be a believer in CNC. I've also expressed my opinion on here, that CNC should go it alone and build this thing out. I felt that would provide us with the highest attainable share price. HOWEVER i don't think that's going to happen now. This whole solid state battery technology has been bugging me lately. When enough companies think they can profit from a new technology, they move fast. I think it comes sooner than we think and I think Toyota brings it. They have the capacity, engineers and money to do it. Mark Selby knows exactly what he's doing. And he knows it's coming. They're moving fast and I think that's because they intend on being one of the first juniors in (gaining market share quickly) and one of the first out when this company is sold. At a much higher price i hope. No more worries, no more headaches and no more risk. Mark Selby is very strategic with what he does. The Glencore MOU i still believe is a bigger deal than most think. Not only is this going to speed up and allow for the pilot mine, but it'll give people a taste of whats coming and I'm sure they'll start locking in deals. Glencore is going to start kicking the tires in my opinion. And if large scale nickel mines like this one truly are scarce or a once in a decade find like Mark states, expect a bidding war when the offer comes. I've attached a short but sweet Mark Selby video from a year ago. As he finishes discussing his operations he states there are very few large scale opportunities that could provide the majors with the growth platform that they need. Mark chooses his words carefully and the more I think about it, it's not the first time I've heard him speak in a way that sounds like he's putting the pieces together to sell. IMHO. Let's see what happens. ----------------------------------------------------- https://youtu.be/PnWHG3XWeTA
