so according to td my calculation comes out that he basically owns all the shares minus what is trading on the market.

108,541,557 oustanding

29.43% float

31,943,780 market shares, aka shares we own

76,597,776 not trading shares, held shares i dont know the "proper" term lol shares we cant buy dont own.
