RE:No substance The news releases may seem mundane but they are part of what is referred to as disclosure. There are very stringent rules about how publicly traded companies must keep everyone updated as to what they are working on, good news, bad news, or indifferent news. Especially if they are entering into a new partnership etc. Mundane to us...a requirement to them.
