RE:RE:RE: Got around to reading the financial reportTD put the 50% margin on due to the extreme volatility o fthe stock and they review every 3 months - in calmer markets I expect this will revert to 70% especially as fewer major players see this as an attractive short sale. I guess it depends on what you mean by capital appreciation.
If you mean my personal capital appreciation the dividend and call option income add to that very nicely But for the company if you compare it with other utilities I think it will compare very nicely - if with health care stocks not so great ....but then for ALA I doubt we will see it crash 30-50% overnight the way many health care stocks and bio- genetic companies do. If I see it above 24 this year I am fine and we may well. If a break up we may see 40 but I do not expect that for a few years. 28 would be a possibility of every card gets played correctly this syear and the market begins a proper valuation.. Sigh again I say patience....
