RE:RE:RE:Close Above $3 then Steady Climb to $4 on 4Th Qtr & Year EndGood Morning 11, appreciate your input all comments well founded with information available, so that presents the problem with boards such as these, context, in my case of what I'm trying to suggest as an adjusted course of action for "ME" instead of just sitting with the 100% dead capital dedicated to BIR while waiting for a big perceived payoff.
My diatribes to this board are long winded at best (no really?) and that can be annoying to some, so more than willing to discuss my position in BIR via private message in more detail if you send me a note.
For what it's worth as mentioned I changed course of action a few weeks ago when my entire much too large core postion became green after more than 1 1/2 years underwater, reducing it by 1/3 to use for BIR buy/selling as opportunity presents, a more ETFswing trading mentality to further reduce capital outlay.
I have traded NG and Oil ETF's on and off for many years, in fact, that is how I became a Stockhouse member in 2006, gained a nice small consortion of trading friends from around the country/now world, finally taking the exchange of information off the boards knowing who the friends made really are. We are still active as a group today, but my own passion for BIR as an investment brought me back to this board to offer technical trading opinion on BIR not fundamental's for however long I see it worth to offer comment.
So far swing trade entry/exits are working quite nicely with this freed up capital, my capital cost on core holdings is reducing well, and with the volume daily average BIR enjoys I can jump fully back in easily on any breakout since I have the time to manage this investment.
So if the answer is not if, but when, I choose to use a portion of the BIR capital freed back to work in BIR instead of simply waiting and waiting some more, cheers.
PS it wasn't long ago at .58 this company could have simply disappeared leaving it's assets for the bank to dispose as they saw fit making it a great opportunity for another. I'm sure not many including me who were underwater already were willing to go full gambling mode and further double their position at that time.
Such is the nature of the markets, and all this while today's reversal increases core value on my current swing trade pending exit.
Cheers.
