RE:RE:RE:who is selling?I'm waiting. Prices culd fall a lot further IMO, based on valuation metrics. If you compare GRN with a company like HEO (also in ESG sector, but specific to water), GRN is valued much higher.
HEO expects revenue of $145-150 million in 2021 vs. market cap of around $180 million right now. Most analysts see a fair value of HEO in the 2.2x Enterprise value/sales multiple, which would be in the $3.50 to $4.00 range.
Let's value GRN a little higher at 3x Enterprise value/sales multiple since GRN is a clear-cut leader in the renewable gas sector. Assuming they execute and have sales of $45 million in 2021, that would put stock price at around $1.00/share.
it may not reach that level, but that's where I would be a buyer again.
Another positive for GRN is they managed to raise a lot of cash at a very high share price, so they are all cashed up. That will benefit them greatly as they roll out their business plan.
