RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ThoughtsWhat's actually interesting is how the self righteous EV guys gloss over and harm their choices do. The human cost of cobalt mining comes to mind initially...let's not forget the hypocrisy with regards to the materials their vehicles are made from/of..and the roads they drive on...and the taxpayer subsidies they take advantage of...and how a large portion of juice world wide is generated via coal and diesel...how oil and gas has supplied...and continues to supply them with an unprecedented lifestyle..on and on it goes...such a saint you are though.

They suggest that mining for metals and lithium is really bad for the environment and used lots of energy Yet they never say a word about where all the used oil, transmission fluid, brake disc and rotor dust and replacement , the rubber for the belts hoses , spark plugs etc , ends up, and it goes on and on . I have had an electric car for the last three years never created any waste or required any maintenance, I am due for tires soon that’s it . I doubt I’ll ever change brake rotors and discs or calipers as it has regen braking I use the brakes on average two or three times a day and just a little touch on them . And yes my electricity is from hydro.
