RE:RE:36,000 Sq ft is 7 × 5,000 Sq ft homes....I don't believe it would have been in a news release unless it was material news. Who really cares about buildings leased etc, seems like day to day operational stuff. However it was released as news so we should view it as a significant indicator - no other reason to put it out there. To me it said buy more PYR so I did.
