RE:RE:Brookfield offer really is bizarrecan anyone clarify please - hi, long term ipl shareholder here trying to understand this.

am wondering if brookfield can now buy shares to gain voting control in ipl then recind their share exchange offer.  once they have control can they force sale of ipl for $16.50 anyway?  if true they would acquire ipl at only a little more than $ 16.50 average and us ipl shareholders who refused their lowball offer will be forced to accept anyway (with not even an option to exchange for brookfield)??
