Now that the case is out and not buried in quarterly materials, it won't help the share price.
Beluga2020,
"The state is a first world country, so there must be a valid case." NONSENSE AND NONSENSE SQUARED!
Having spent half my working life on environmental issues from the government and private industry side, one of the things that I look at closely is the area of environmental compliance.
So, Orovalle process plant is a zero discharge facility which means that no process water is discharged to the environment and all process water is recycled from the TSF to the plant!
Hence, there is no crime and no discharges of selenium into the environment, and the accusations of these petty bureaucrats are BS--pure and simple. That should be Orvana's stance.
If you want additional details, please review Section 20 of the most recent technical report.
On the effect on Orvana's stock price, IMHO, it is already priced in the current stock price.
