it's just one of a few different suppliers BEV will use. There is no clear indication they will or will not use the Rapid Emulsions in their house brands but speculation would suggest the Keef and Cali lines are gonna be powered by Vertosa (they are in the US).

So how good this deal could be remains to be seen. But having Sproutly's management team running the company cannot bode well for the widespread use of the tech.
