A rising tide should lift all boats. Usually those with the highest leverage should rise quickest. It would probably be a good time for Spartan to provide us with a presentation detailing what they own and what they plan to do with it . Details seem pretty vague for now and it is hard enough to get investors even to read a presentation , much less to dig through mountains of info that only the most capable could interpret !!
Please let us know when they are ready to receive us.
