RE:NU Thank you Sid123. It is a failed company to pass on is my assessment. The primary reason for its existence appears to be providing source of income to its CEO Glen Rehman.
They could not make it during cannabis mania in Canada so they have been releasing pie in the sky news about foreign deals (USA and Japan) of which none produced anything tangible yet.
They have spent $33 million since the company's inception (see deficit below) and have absolutely nothing to show for it - I would not be surprised if their CEO Glen received a good chunk of that money.
As of September last year, they had 3 times bigger current obligations ($651k) than their cash on hand ($229k). While they raised some money since then, they have also continued to incur significant (for their size) expenditures. For example their cash expenditures were $635k just for 3 months July - Sep 2020 (mos recent numbers available).
Their management and oversight (board of directors) is very obscure - no info on either on their website under "company structure" or anywhere else.
