Disgusts me! ....oopsies from previous post

PS the Irrational Exuberance quote FWIW came right out of the pages of my Economics 101 Textbook of 1992 . So I don't know who's going to take the claim to fame of that saying, probably the Author. I also remember another quote which has stuck with me all this time and it goes like this "A rational consumer will never pay 1 cent more than what anything is worth given all circumstances are equal."
