The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

Somebody owns the property...... Public information You could also do a lookup on the BC corporations registry to see if the address is still valid for that company. Also public information......

Always good to know who the company is doing business with. If it was a big enough deal to press release then the rest of the info should be public as well
