Management updated their Jan presentation as I anticipated to show flat pricing with regards to reserves and to increase price sensitivities to $70. Even though this was merely couple weeks back oil is getting near this mark and with OPEC and in particular the Saudis allowing oil to run it is hard to imagine we will not pass this mark before the summer seasonal demand increase. What is so apparent is how undervalued Canadain OG names have become at current commodity pricing. GXE could almost wipe out their debt by 21YE and thereafter buy back all of their shares within 2 years! This is crazy , the stock price can not remain here for much longer when Gear should be cash flowing over $50 million a year!
