RE:RE:RE:10 year treasury issue will be squashed like a bugNot as well versed in stocks as I am real estate. But if real estate is an indication of anything it takes sometimes 20 to 30yrs to see see a real return.. Especially if you buy in the peak and then the best biggest two face politician of all time gets into power and actually changes rental laws RETRO actively. Losing half its value, in real estate, you still need to smile to tenants, listen to their concerns , fix whatever needs to be fixed, and pay all the bills and mortgage. Day in and day out all the while contemplating why,how and when. Little by little , inch upon inch , day upon day and battle on battle, you start to seperate from that and begin to see some light. This is a cake walk comparatively speaking. This investment in bb to me is like a property in a great location that for whatever reason is under valued when you purchased it. In stocks you can't really get into the nitty gritty like real estate due to not having all the information but you have a grasp of product, management and potential. Just my two cents from my experience to date. I understand there are big differences in these types of investments but a quality building/product is all the same. I can wait for the day that I don't have to watch the daily gyrations of the sp. Like the people who bought Amazon, Microsoft or Apple at $8.00. You think they care what happened to their stocks today. Next couple of weeks and then the narrative changes for the market.
