In two years they should have at least $15 million of high-margin recurring revenue, and dividends of ten cents annually will only cost them $3.6 million per year. Which is a five-percent yiled at two bucks.
Now imagine any semblence of growth in a high-demand sector, then figure out where this could be in five or ten years. In a decade I can easily see recurring revenue of more than $100 million annually, and a share price north of ten dollars. Now imagine one-quarter of that free cash flow being distributed as dividends ($0.50/share), which means if you buy it at $2.00 today, your future yield a decade from now will be 25% on your current capital.
This is specualtion, of course, with plenty of assumptions built in. But this is a very possible outcome for long term investors. Hard to imagine many other investments with highly visible and steady revenue that has the potential to grow 500% in a decade.
