Duty of Care All those link on my prior posts on K-12 Education Stabilization Funds as part of all 3 Cares Acts ( March 2020, December 2020, and March 2021/Biden) lead to the promise land.
Hard to say "No" on a saliva Covid19 test for these schools... and statewide facilities. Met a family today at coffee with a little girl (5 yrs old) who was still rubbing her nose from the nasal swab. She didn't like it, but is required to be tested every weekend prior to the coming week of school. Parents said she hates doing it every week and screams every time.
Anyway, back to "Duty of Care", which is required for all property owners including local, state and federal governments..
These 3 Stimulus packages protect/cover businesses from liability, so long as they demonstrate they have safe health screening solutions to guard against the spread of and contracting of Covid19. “DUTY OF CARE!”
This should be one of the key selling points to using Thrm’s AcuVid Saliva Test... as the tragedy without it could brings millions in lawsuits.
MGM settied a $800m lawsuit for 654 killed or injured during the Harvest Festival. horrific tragedy, that crippled families and drags on long after these incident... That’s $1.2m per person on average. Where as Equifax settled a $700m lawsuit for 125 million Identities stolen. that’s $5.60 per person.
Just goes to show you and demonstrate that Physical Death & Injury has a greater liability and cost to businesses than lost data and identity theft. With lost data and identity theft, at least you’re alive and have time to get stolen identity data fixed... There are lots of monitoring services out there for ID theft... not many saliva tests for Covid19, and the subsequent contagions and pathogens we’ve opened our world's Pandora’s Box too...
