If they have nothing to say other than boilerplate BS then you can be certain this project is doomed. Anyone asking questions better put their feet to the fire and get honest answers in detail. If you don't and instead just get hand holding and blown kisses along with vague promises ...you better have your finger on the sell button the next morning.
