Alberta


Devon will have several major contract announcements to make in the next week or two with some famous Canadian names.  Also announcements on our inside-the-fence projects. We are working on documents for our bank lender for the Alberta projects.

Paul Morris Sage Ranch

Paul will be speaking with securities counsel in the near term to receive legal permission on the appropriate SEC exemptions to rely upon to promote GRB to his 3,300 realtors that he controls and the 5,000+ more that he manages.  

The revised water report is a couple weeks away from being completed for our review.

Montalva

Luis is working steady with the Chief Investigator of the US Congressional Natural Resources Committee, who is investigating the 150 MW selection and separetely Congressional staff on sending a stronger letter to Natalie on approving all the 593 MW.

I have spoken to key decision makers regarding the issues with the winners of the 150MW and will update them on the specifics of the details we have on the issues I mentioned in my Feb. 26 and March 1st email to Natalie.  There are many parties in Government now taking action.

Captiva Verde

GRB is waiting for TSXV approval to close the additional 8 million share purchase of PWR which will bring the GRB total up to 18.7 Million shares.
