Lessons hopefully learned:

1.Spend you money smartly –hire Dave Mulhouse for your promotional and awareness campaign

2.Dont be” Speed obsessed “ Take that out of the company Philosophy . Replace it with “On time achievements obsessed “..It sound better ,more achievable and logical .

3.Be transparent “Eyes” are always watching you movements.

4. DONT inflate the numbers be like Dave , be conservative

Some additional comments from my Banker .

1.Internal struggle for the future direction of the company must be addressed ASAP >>GC is very toxic and must be neutralized .

DS must remember the days he spend at YORK and what he learned the most during those times .
