CIPHER needs to catch up with its American peers and Bitbury knows that. 

How?

Maybe a lowball offer for a miner that owns a lot of Bitcoins and huge growth potential? 

Not probably, but possible. 

That said, even a lowball offer will be in the $16-20 CAD range with $75k Bitcoin so still a lot of upside. Cheers
