Its objectives are to provide Resident Members with quality rental communities and the best tenant/customer service, provide its holders of Trust Units with stable monthly cash distributions, and to increase the value of the Trust Units through the effective management of its residential multi-family revenue producing properties, renovations and upgrades to its current portfolio, and the acquisition and/or development of additional, accretive properties or interests therein.

Capital appreciation works too. They can crank up the distributions down the road.

Quality properties in Alberta. Rents will climb as people move back to Alberta (yes, move back!) in a post-covid economy. Oil spot prices signalling shortages on horizon.

Biggest tailwind for Boardwalk will be concentration of properties in Western Canada. What worked against them the past 5yrs will work for them the next 5yrs.

Hang in there. See you at $55+ in 2022.
