I guess, RPC being news release adverse, just packed up and

I guess, RPC being news release adverse, just packed up and gave up.  Not sure how the BOD escapes liabiity for this, but it will take larger shareholders than me to settle things up.  I have to admit, this was the worst investment I've made in 25 years.
