Realistic share price and Market cap

Realistic share price and Market capthere was a recent WSJ article regarding differences between US and Canadian company cannabis valuations: https://www.wsj.com/articles/all-pot-stocks-arent-created-equal-11615199178

it talks about how Canadian companys have generally higher valuation multiples for a varity of reasons - however what stood out is it mentions that US companys generally have a projected sales multiple of x7

we are expecting around 25 Million US for last year for GLH using a 7 times multiplier that puts use at a market cap of 175,000,000 USD or 221,771,375.00 CAD  divide that by outstanding shares (1.2 Billion) and that puts us at a current share price of 0.18 CAD

there have been a few recent price targets of 0.38 that would put us at a market cap of 456,000,000

although I have seen the same price target listed for both GLH and GLDFF so that woudl be bottem end of the projected market cap based on the target prices.
