Having said that, there is a lot more money and risk going to production. I don't believe CYP could or would ever attempt going it alone. I can, however, see a joint venture where a buy-out is structured where the buy-out price rises as we sell more and more of the company in chunks over time to the JV partner. Pricing would probably be based on project progress, the stock price and market conditions. In the end, the JV partner would own the whole thing.
There is a lot less risk in a staright buy-out. But IF a JV opportunity comes up, let's see it and we can evaluate.
But for now, this is all speculation we're getting way, way ahead of oursleves. For the present, let's see an NR on the Bought Deal and one on the Pilot Plant. One way or another, CYP will be a Beast, IMHO.
What do others think? I know you addressed this to desertbarnacle and would like to hear what he has to say.

I was under the impression that we always wanted to be bought out. Push the project along and get as much value as possible and then sell. It's starting to look like they want to take it to production. I wish they told us what their priority was. Would they rather sell it versus taking it to production. Or take it production and only sell if they get their price. As a shareholder that is huge knowing where their head is at. Basically how long will my money be tied up if I want to see it to the end. Buy out could be 2021 and production is most likely 2025-2026.
I haven't been able to get a straight answer from them.
