I don't think that potential suitors will wait fit illumin to become the standard. For that and the reasons you mention.IMO it is more likely than not that someone makes a play for AT before Q3/22

If Illumin does become the standard in programmatic advertising then a larger player such as The Trade Desk could consider buying them out. I wouldn't even be surprised if Google is a possible suitor although it currently appears they are not interested in this space.

I believe Illumin will become the new standard. Reason for my thinking? Almost everything in our daily lives is becoming a self serve society. We have Robinhood which allows people to become day traders by offering commission free trading. You don't need an investment advisor anymore, you can do it yourself. Although I don't recommend this but people do it anyway. You don't need a travel agency anymore and it's very easy for anyone to book a vacation on their own. You want to do a renovation at your house? That's fine, you can just use a jiffy app or countless others and you can eliminate the middlemen, the general contractors. We have democratized almost every aspect of our lives and Illumin is the latest trend to accomplish this. With more and more brands selling direct to consumer, companies will utilize their in-house marketing to reach their end client and what better platform today than Illumin.

We will reach new highs this year!
