I agree in many respects to that. If the property is good enough for KL to come in that hard. If they had a tight ship, KL would have had to buy in at 1.5+. The terms outside the price i think are just fine, alot of the money is on KL to develop, but they got in for a some. I think the market makers they hired were to get volume up to drive price down for KL to buy up their 20% limit for nothing from retail, and be able to just make a deal eith more leverage with on the deluces later to take it all. Assuming the property really is to their liking.
