Yeah - plus with Brookfield owning the pipeline - maybe pipelines will be considered part of the green economy, which everyone seems to believe is necessary.

And it's true - pipelines are probably the greenest thing we could have in our economy - and unlike most green schemes - pipelines actually work and add positively to the GDP. without tax credits & gov't regulation to prop up fake energy scams.
