invest4fun, I think you are bang on with respect to Cameco's selling - they wanted to do it at $0.39, but by the time they arranged it, it was yesterday.  They also didn't think that they perhaps should shop it around, as I'm sure there are many institutionals that would have loved to have picked up a block of 5 million at a price, one ticket, and wouldn't disrupt the share price so much.  But Cameco, like a bunch of amateurs, dumped in the open market.  Completely stupid on their part.
