You have to realize that I am not here to see a mine built someday. It takes an average of 20 years to build a mine from initial discovery on average now days. It used to be about 8 years. I am here to make money. What I am saying is when you have 27M ounces, that is very rare anywhere in the world. There is an in-situ value of the gold ounces and for TUO share of 20% plus royalties and blue sky potential on other zones, the value here is a minimum of $5 per share. Upside to $10 if you do basic calculations like an earlier poster did. GLTA
