Convincing meaning negotiating.
They couldve negotiated a much better deal.
Read their last NR. The cash payment, fees and the compensation is insane.

As for the PP price, underpriced yes, but its not the price that's the ridiculous part, it's the warrants.

You don't have to agree with me, but don't tell me it's better for SVA to raise at 1.20 instead of 20 cents. No one is comparing the two and it doesn't have to be one or the other.
