Hi all posters! Some questions...

Hi all posters! Some questions...

Hello everybody,

since we are 2 days on our way with the new company i must be honest that i dont like what i see regarding the share price. I quess some of you must feel the same. I got some points which i want to discuss:

- how do people feel regarding this new ceo Mr Bell, maybe my memorie isnt that good anymore but from my prospective this guy must be a real good asset for the company wright? Why does the market react like this on this news?
- i just saw the news release on the website of northwest with the announcement that they get a bought deal of 13M C$. Normally thats a good sign in my opinion but when reading good  i saw that a big part of this private placement goes for 80 cents a share? Is this perhaps the reason why the market reacts like this regarding the share price? If so, a management team like we have have to think about these things right? Especially 2 days after launching a new merger company like we have?!
- the last point for me is that i really really don't get it why the share price reacts like this in ways that when you think about how much we have in the ground and you put the numbers in line...

1.8 million ounces of gold (representing value of ~ 3 billion on todays prices)
1.3 BILLION LBS COPPER (representing value of ~ 5 billion on todays prices)
6 million ounces of silver(representing value of 1.5 billion)

we talk only about the KWANIKA property alone ~ 10 billion !!!!! then we have al rest now in the portfolio cq stardust east niv eau claire ect....

i dont get this straight i my mind...the numbers dont head up??!! (Reflecting share price)

maybe im too much rookie to get this, thats why i wanted to ventilate my thoughts.

I hope somebody here on this board could give some info regarding this...

thanks in advance and good luck for everybody!!
