If you watch the trades that are being done,it is obvious that ther are those that are determined to keep the share price depressed. many very small trades reducing the share sell price, one as low as 7 shares traded lowered the price by 2 cents. And this has been ongoing for quite a while now. Manipulation i think. the average investor will not do that because of the fees involved. Heavy traders can trade at no cost because of the deals that they get from the brokerage.
