Not Bashing - Just read the info available online.
I urge any new investors who got sucked into to big % moves last Friday and Monday to take an hour or so and read REAL infomation about the company.

Start with the MD&A on Nov 27, 2020 - and work forward from there.
-
No CASH on hand (or whatever is left from the $300k they raised @ 0.015 cents)
- No sales, license fees, or roylaties to fund the business in the short term.
- Debt.
- MILLIONS in guarentees, and future stock issuance to "partners" or former debt holders if they are able to pull off a miracle, and actually generate an approval or revenue. This is the venture exchange - a "grown up" version of gambling. If your thinking about buying now your probably too late. If you bought in - and are now bag holding - dump and preserve whatever capital you have left.
I held the bag on this for a long time - and thanks to a heroic pump last Friday - managed to get out with a couple of extra bucks in my pocket. But that was just dumb luck.
My two cents - DYODD and good luck (because
if you own KLY shares - luck is what you will need). thed1983:
I have followed this company for a long time- made a few bucks here and there trading- was stuck (like everyone else) holding while the company was halted. I am ecstatic that I was able to dump $40k of shares on Friday- for a small $5k profit.
I am over the moon to get my money back- as I had mentally written this off as a complete loss.
For any current holders; or newbies considering buying this because you saw Friday's action- be careful- the executive management of this company are not honest- there is a history of capital raises- dilution- dumping (then rinse and repeat).
This stock is as much of a sure thing as stacking on "0" at the roulette table. There is a chance- but the house normally wins.
