RE:Naked shorting - Market Manipulationthere is over 300 million shares that are free trading.   the reporting issues that it was vended into had 30 million or something.. then all the financing shares, so i doubt there is any naked shorting going on.. just a lot of shares with a cheap cost bases. it could trade below 10 cents for a bit IMO.
