RE:RE:MWX private placementWow, I don't like that...  Let's just dilute the stock further at this low low price.  If they had "the goods", then why wouldn't they do this later when the stock price is higher.   A 100% subscription was supposed to give them enough money for the foreseeable future.

One day into this thing and I'm already questioning my wisdom to go in 100% on my rights.
