Can you please provide a link to that "previous release" or you meant to say as per previous speculation.
Spartan said two people from Inception will be joining its board. I see no connection between those two names and the so-called Russian kingpin and a few other Russians, probably his employees all based in Jacksonville Florida, who where once listed as Inception chairman and board members. Most likely he sold the company to a an entity controlled by these two nominees. More clarity when we see their names and biographies on the updated Spartan website, hopefully. 

I gave up searching all that stuff and I don't really care. I own what I have and not planning any aggressive purchases until the company finds a few minutes to update its website. As I mentioned in my previous post, they don't even bother to add the latest press releases. Treating it as a private company, even more private than Inception.
