Good entry point could b ...... $1.87 as mentioned before shorts control this stock ...
. ..
I took big profits already & would like to reinvest but when no NR or any tower going up & little income or small cash position for this big expansion project I am a little apprehensive ... 
... ...
Also the battle of % rates going higher will affect this stock & others because China 10 year is 1.5% higher than US 10 year so money will flow to China not US market...
.. That's economics 401+
