Worthless Paper!!

Worthless Paper!!According to my trading platform, Investor's Edge, we are stuck with this POS worthless paper until such time that the compnay gets their listing affairs in order.  We all know that's never going to happen, which leaves us with a carry forward capital loss, if you have the stock removed from your holdings.  At that point the capital loss can be carried forward when reconciling your income taxes.  If this investment is in a TFSA account, then you're uechered. In addition, the shares cannot be traded on the OTC exchange where it's also listed.

Thankully I only have a couple thousand shares of this garbage, however I feel for those who are invested at significanlty higher levels. I smell a class action lawsuit, although it will difficult if not impossible to get any blood from this dead dog.

Lessons in life well learned, and consequesntly I'll personally never buy into over-hyped penny stocks again. In particular the cannabis sector, as their odds of generating positive cash flow any time soon are slim to none given the over-saturated competition, and the continued influence of the black market which accounts for nearly 50% of sales.

GLTA!
