The Copper River Valley properties are comprised of three main claim blocks; Terrace Gold-Darranelle-Treasure Mountain group of claims located in northern British Columbia. The property consists of 52 contiguous mineral claims. The Grassy property contains approximately 830.20 hectares in two separate claims which are owned 100% by the Company. The Red Cliff project consists of approximately eight mineral claims.

This stock will not get that type of valuation because of mgt.'s methology. You can pump it all you want and you can have delusional aspirations but it won't make it come true.

Sprott's move might be to exit from DEC. This is the area play to Tueton resources. I believe Sprott has a seat at the table so DEC will not be high on his list.
