Good Afternoon Gentlemen,

Just confirm by Darcy Daubaras (CFO), just confirmd that HIVE has filed their registration for an upgraded US listing.

There are no gurantees as to whether they get listed on NYSE or NASDAQ, but in the interest of exposure and growth, the ball is rolling. They don't get to choose according to Darcy - unless I misunderstood.

NASDAQ - 4-6 weeks
NYSE 2-3 weeks
