The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Dumb management

I don't how these guys become CEOs of companies. I think it's pure luck.

Simple strategy:

1) Cut costs
2) Buyback shares
3) Increase dividend
4) Sell assets with low capitalization rate and buy assets with high capitalization rate.
