e-amil Buma - get on the list.. Bog has a better knack' @ digging these EA - Reviews out.. --> In General ! NCU is very small.. the "Prize" is that old brownfield -or- Anaconda Site.. presently owned by Atlantic RIchfield - who has mitigated the superfund portion of the old site.
there was a lot of surface 'snot tires - spills - etc.. then there was the old Ball Mill.. that unit has been scroapped mand dismantled.. you can ss this on the piks in the BLM EA Review 11-Jan - 2021 (MOU Memorand of Understand)..
the ARCO Area is quuestion is OU#8 or operational (Nev USEPA) Unit # 8.. you hav to did around in that document.. but basically that area is still permitted to mine - the mine or ARCO never lost their permit to produce copper (digg/mill/electrowine)..
presently - arco is attempting to do the same land swap w blm(dept of interior) - that NCU did when they started the construction/permitting of PH..
currently there are (about) five players on that track of land - distric - all of whom have boundaries that tie to NCU property lines.. Hudbay and Quaterra..
HBy has a large chunk of land called the mason.. quaterra has a deal to BUY the land that ARCO gets in a BLM Land Swap (~2500 acres prime on Anaconda).. HB and QTA are drilling.. there is a third ??

RIO Tint just (apparently) signed a deal w Ken_kot in SLU - a Joint Venture... here in Nevada PG or premir gold just did a JV w I-80 Gold - Equinox - Stok Cash/Fishbowl Transaction.. PG got the better part of the deal - Equinox gave PG control of the mine........
soooo ! what does this imply... not shure - but these are very recenet trends/developments w the canadians-cash- team players -4- their investments..
Joint Ventures - appear 2B headed to Nevada.. they hav been aorund for a long time - but not really inn nevada w barrik and newmont; they mix it up from time to time like the han-quin chinese empires..
AHW - ABX and NMT formed Nevada Gold.. the are now an official JV... ABX wants Cu++ and Newmont has the Phoneix Project - Spitting Mirror Image of the old Anaconda Operation @ Battle Mt Nev..

Nevada Gold could move down the street and build the processing of the open pit - QUick..

National Coal is moving into thacker pass (LAC) as we speak... they hav flesh on the ground up there to start construction of the Lithium Mine (Sawtooth.LLC - Anaconda Montanna)..
beginning to see whats lurking around here in the distric... National Coal has Built 9 New Mines - recently.. they come in and build them.. they do notmown them
what i don't know.. is how many they hav built for ABX - Newt - or HudBay.. or how much of their financing has come from CIBC - TD for their principal mine owners..
