So what's happening here?

A rapid decline in the sp and a rebound before a halt. Updates??? A possible increase in the short position? Can VXL be successful. I have no idea, but I always listened to the positivity/negativity simultaneously. And just like magic, poooof, either up/down. WHO KNOWS???????????
