Update on SweetBabyJesus

Update on SweetBabyJesusAll ..

Further to post number #32764201 of today's date by SweetBabyJesus, I wish to respond as follows:

1) There is an acute shortage of permitable solar land that can pass the rigorous EIR process.
If there was not, there would not have been only 16 projects totally 593 MW that made it through the 7 years of renegotiation.

2) Even more scarce than permitable solar land is interconnection space to connect on the grid from such key locations.  This makes the land that can even interconnect down to 16 sites for the whole country. Interconnection is impossible outside of those 16 sites.

3) Our Greenbriar lawyer has waived the $3,500 legal fee and will file a court order to expose the name and owner of "Sweetbabyjesus" and have his posts removed and suspended from Stockhouse.  We are not considered a joke by anyone in Puerto Rico and we had to stay our litigation to have our contract approved by PREPA and PREB.  We can reopen at will and I never idly threaten anyone.  I warn people but once you cross the line like you have just done several times the law protects against defamation.  We collectively have over 200 years in the utility business and we are not a joke and we do not pump Alberta as a false story.
The court filing will get sent as a courtesy to Stockhouse first.
