RE:RE:Q4 resultsIf anyone is trading this on Q4 numbers, they need to figure thier s&#t out. This is a story about the future and the recovery is right here. HOT is very unique for Canadian investors as its a pure US Travel and Leisure play. Seeing the US vacinate their population ahead of every other region one can expect that many border might still remain closed to 2019 tourism numbers. This will absolutly lead to more Americans discovering US as a travel destiantion and AHIP is on the money with the types of hotels and regions. Sure if would be nice to have a better Q4 FFO and Revenue number but lets be realistic, this is about the next two quarters and a possible dividend return.
