Anyways, yes Peter has the market in mind when making his moves. Would have surprised me if he announced anything prior to that gap being filled at $7 recently, also not listing to Nasdaq before the gabelli presentation. Let's not forget the room to run on chart! If I'm not mistaken last look I had was clear to 13.80's. Everything just made sense to list this week!
